“Natural Gas… Unnatural Consequences” Environmental activist Barb Jarmoska shares the story and photos of fracking for methane in the Marcellus and details the most significant challenges that come with the industrialization of PA’s forests and fields. Barb lives in rural Lycoming County, which is currently home to 1,569 permitted gas wells. She has served on the board of directors of RDA (www.rdaPA.org) for nearly a decade. This PowerPoint presentation will last an hour with Q & A to follow.
